KARL BLAU (USA) / Konzert & Lesung

20.02.202020:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr

KARL BLAU born north of Seattle in Washington State with a name for rock and roll especially in Deutschland, Karl Blau acts more the sage than the idol. His soothing and honest baritone vocal warms the hearts and connects with the emotional insides of his broad listenership. 3 albums ago, his 45th solo album - playfully entitled "Introducing Karl Blau" - did finally crack the seal of an international audience.
Over the past 15 years, Blau performed scores of tours across the US, Europe, Japan and Australia. Now a Germantown, Philadelphia resident (just 3 blocks from the Sun Ra
Arkestra foxhole where Marshall Allen currently leads The Arkestra) Blau performs regularly in New York, Philly and points along the Eastern US coast, and hosts spontaneous, improv orchestra gatherings in his neighborhood. 2019 heralded the release of his first book of poetry entitled "RHIZOMES" another album of 4-track gems: "If There Is A Guard Above".
